can't really see past the D16 range just now.....got the best 808,909,303 and now 606 emulators i've came across.......

Im diggin the Waves diamond bundle for the Waves R-Bass & L1 Ultramaximizer. The Antares filter which is pretty sweet, Audio realism bassline for acid tinged grooves & a favourite for basslines Albino

Audiorealism Bassline is a good 303 vst ...but have to say that i found D16 Phoscyon a better piece of kit to use.....u can morph the sound a hell of a lot more with it ...
