Include your name or DJ moniker, an email address either for yourself or your booking agent a phone number may be helpful too but will usually be asked for via private message if a party is interested in booking you. This is a PUBLIC forum so usual concerns about posting personal details apply. Also try to include a small biog about your musical background and career to date. Any high profile events you've played at, styles of music you play etc.
