HONEY SWEETCHEEKS (Black Jesus Records)

She's a veteran of the New York, Glasgow and London underground house and disco scenes. Honey set up the Black Jesus record label in the late 90s and released records by DFA freakazoid Maurice Fulton, amongst others. She's got the finest record collection in Edinburgh and likes to play across the board party music, from classic gay NY disco, deep techno, hip hop, krautrock and new beat. And if we're lucky she's going to bring her ultraviolet hula-hoop for some dancefloor psyche-gymnastics!

HOUSE OF TRAPS (Firecracker Recordings)

aka Lindsay "Mr" Todd makes a welcome return to the club, brandishing 12"s like Thor's lightning bolts, ready to lay waste to the dancefloor. His Firecracker record label continues to wow music heads all over the world and if his performance at Jam The Box at the begining of the month was anything to go by this is gonna be another monster of a party.
